Terms & Conditions
Clear terms for using the website, requesting consultation support, agreeing service arrangements and working together on financial process projects.
Clear terms before any service begins
These Terms & Conditions explain the general arrangements that apply when using this website, submitting a consultation request or discussing a service project with ORB1TPAY LIMITED.
The services are focused on practical financial process support for small and medium-sized businesses, including invoicing workflows, expense management processes, financial documentation and related filing organisation.
A website enquiry or consultation request is not automatically a confirmed project. The requested requirements are reviewed first, and the relevant service scope, timing and fee are confirmed before project work begins.
How the service relationship works
The following sections explain the main arrangements that apply to customers using the website and requesting services.
Website Use
The website is provided for information, service enquiries and consultation requests. Information submitted through the website should be relevant to the requested service and provided in a clear and accurate manner.
Consultation Requests
A consultation request is an enquiry for a suitable appointment. Requests must be made at least 1 full calendar day in advance. Same-day consultation requests are not accepted as standard bookings.
Confirmation
A requested date, time or service is provisional until the requirements have been reviewed and the arrangement has been confirmed through official communication.
Service Scope
Each project is based on the requirements discussed and confirmed with the customer. Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate review before it is added to the project.
Customer Information
Customers should provide information that is accurate, complete and relevant to the requested service. If important details are missing or unclear, clarification may be requested before the work is confirmed.
Project Changes
If the requirements change after the project scope has been confirmed, the revised requirements will be reviewed before additional work or a revised service fee is agreed.
A straightforward process from enquiry to delivery
Enquiry
The customer provides contact details and a brief description of the financial process support required.
Requirement Review
The requested service is reviewed so that the work required, preferred timing and relevant details can be understood clearly.
Service Agreement
Where project work is required, the service scope, applicable fee and practical arrangements are confirmed before the project starts.
Project Delivery
The agreed work is carried out according to the confirmed requirements and the information supplied by the customer.
Payment arrangements are confirmed after review
Payment information is provided after the requested service requirements have been reviewed and the applicable project arrangement has been confirmed.
| Consultation Request | The initial request is reviewed before a consultation or project arrangement is confirmed. |
|---|---|
| Service Scope | The work required is discussed and clarified according to the information supplied by the customer. |
| Service Fee | The applicable service fee is confirmed according to the agreed project scope. |
| Payment Information | Payment information and relevant arrangements are provided through official communication after the service requirements have been reviewed. |
| Available Methods | Available payment methods may vary depending on the agreed service arrangement and customer requirements. |
| Project Start | Project work begins according to the confirmed service arrangement after the relevant requirements have been agreed. |
Services are arranged on a project basis. The final service fee depends on the agreed scope and requirements. No automatic payment arrangement is created simply by sending a website enquiry or consultation request.
Information and communication
Good communication helps keep the agreed service clear and allows the project to proceed according to the confirmed scope.
Accurate Details
Customers should provide correct contact information and accurate details relevant to the requested service.
Timely Responses
Customers should respond within a reasonable time when clarification is required to confirm the requested work.
Agreed Scope
Customers should review the agreed scope and notify us before work begins if any important requirement has changed.
Business Decisions
Customers remain responsible for their own business decisions, internal approvals and the use of information supplied during the project.
Changes, cancellation and project completion
Cancellation and refund arrangements are handled according to the separate Cancellation & Refund Policy and the specific service arrangement agreed with the customer.
Before Confirmation
A consultation or project request may be withdrawn before it has been confirmed. Where no service arrangement has been confirmed, the request does not create an obligation to proceed with project work.
Confirmed Services
Once a service arrangement has been confirmed, cancellation and any applicable refund will be handled according to the agreed service terms and the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Work Already Completed
Where agreed project work has already been completed, cancellation cannot undo work that has already been delivered. Any applicable adjustment will depend on the confirmed service arrangement and the work completed.
Business Cancellation
If a project cannot proceed because the agreed requirements cannot reasonably be met, the customer will be informed and the next arrangement will be discussed according to the circumstances of the project.
Service scope and responsibility
The services provided are intended to support business administration, financial processes, documentation and related operational organisation. They are based on the information and requirements supplied by the customer.
Information, document structures, workflow suggestions and administrative guidance provided during a consultation or project are prepared according to the circumstances described by the customer at the time. Customers remain responsible for reviewing information internally and making their own business decisions.
The service does not replace separate professional advice where the customer’s circumstances require advice from another appropriately qualified professional. The customer should obtain such advice independently where appropriate.
We are not responsible for delays, additional work or changes arising from information that is incomplete, inaccurate, supplied late or materially different from the requirements originally agreed.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or restrict any rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Website materials and permitted use
The text, layout, visual presentation and original materials made available through this website are provided for general business and service information.
Website content should not be copied, reproduced, modified or presented as another business’s material without appropriate permission.
Keeping project information clear
Service Details
Important service details, scope information and payment arrangements are confirmed through official communication.
Changes
Material changes to the agreed project requirements should be communicated before additional work is undertaken.
Records
Customers should keep copies of important project communications and confirmed service information for their own records.
Applicable terms and interpretation
These Terms & Conditions should be read together with the Consultation Booking Terms, Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy where those documents apply to the customer’s request or project.
If a specific written service arrangement has been agreed for a project, that arrangement will describe the particular scope, fee, timing and service requirements applicable to that project.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms & Conditions take effect immediately and may be updated when necessary to reflect changes to the website, services or applicable requirements.
